While official calendar spots open on October 1st, demand for peak dark-sky nights has been extraordinary, with reservations already stretching well into next year. If you are planning a trip to Big Bend between late 2026 and early 2027, securing your date early ensures you won't miss out on these limited-capacity experiences.
