The Deep Sky Experience combines traditional stargazing with modern astrophotography for a guided journey through the Milky Way galaxy. The evening begins with a short introduction to navigating the night sky, identifying key constellations and night sky objects, and understanding how astronomers find their way among the stars.

Guests then view objects like planets, star clusters, galaxies and nebulae through a large Dobsonian telescope while learning more about each target. Meanwhile, a deep-sky imaging rig captures live stacked images of different deep space objects, showing in real time how astrophotographers reveal deep space color and structure. We use the deep sky rig to tour different objects so you can see and learn about each one in more detail. Our night sky is constantly changing so this makes for a unique experience each time you attend. We blend hands-on observing with visual astrophotography to demonstrate a complete tour of the cosmos.

Here at BIBE AD, we want our guests to have the best possible experience. We have decided to limit the Deep Sky Experience to small private group sizes between 2-6 people per booking. This gives our guests more time to explore using the equipment provided and makes for a rewarding and more intimate experience. Each deep sky tour last 2-3 hrs.
